I've got a PSF contributor agreement, so I could check it in. Somebody would need to vouch for maintaining/documenting it, however, as it's only lightly documented at the moment. Mainly, I don't want to be the one to run the Python-Dev gauntlet to get it in. I'm burned out on the "slings and arrows" of the process at this point.
