You mean in buildout's list of eggs-to-install? Basically, my buildout.cfg now has: find-links = http://download.zope.org/distribution/ http://effbot.org/downloads eggs = elementtree python-yadis python-openid python-urljr I believe I can do foo==dev or whatever in that list of eggs as well. But I'm not sure how that relates to svn link above.
