ok thanks D:\Plone3\Insite2>d:\Plone3\Insite2\bin\buildout -o
works but for some reason adding d:\Plone3\Insite2\bin to the path environment variable doesn't work so can't do an easy buildout -o from within D:\Plone3\Insite2\ Will just use the long winded methond..
