[Distutils] There should be a no-index on simple pypi index

I just did a search for "pyaudio" and this link:

  http://pypi.python.org/simple/PyAudio/

showed up above this link:

  http://pypi.python.org/pypi/PyAudio/0.2.0
If <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> was added to the simple pages that would help.
