0.11 is the latest version I see there: the others (0.2, 0.3, 0.4) are all earlier. It helps to think of version numbers as the result of calling '.'.join(version_parts); they are *not* decimal numbers. So, the tuple in question would be (0, 11), which is clearly greater than (0, 4).
