Hi,
I use a quite bad internet connection:
- Small bandwidth (128KBps)
- Many micro stalls
- 1s latency to the world...
I would like to first download the Plone (+deps) locally, with a dedicated
FTP client, that can handle more or less correctly the stalls.
Have you got some related documentation somewhere in your bookmarks?
