I'm a windows user who wants to distribute his project in tar.gz, and I don't know how I'm supposed to operate this tar thing, or whether gzip is like tar, because that's the top result in Google. Also, even if I had that tar program, I wouldn't know how to make distutils use it. So what am I supposed to do?
