Yes. The exact command I have tried is
easy_install setuptools==0.6c11
Ouch. I was under the impression that it only masqueraded as setuptools
when given a ranged request, not an exact request. That's unfortunate.
Tarek: Could you please respond to this? Hope this is a bug.
