Hi,
Please weigh in now if you have any serious concerns re: a Buildout 1.6
release, as described here:
The only thing: make sure the 1.4.4 buildout + special bootstrap file
keeps working. The one that prevents 1.5.x from being used.
I suspect a 1.6 buildout won't break it, but I thought I'd mention it
just to make sure :-)
I have no idea what that means :-) (I use 1.5.2) Can you explain? There
is a corresponding bootstrap.py file with each release, IIUC. If the
"special bootstrap file" is the bootstrap.py that was released with
1.4.4, then I understand. Otherwise, I probably don't. It certainly
seems reasonable that a 1.4.x release was made containing
"prophylactics" for 1.5.x… and without looking I'm guessing those
prophylactics entail primarily specifying the correct URL to download
the 1.4.4 distribution?
