after switching to the new PyPI CDN infrastructure we have seen some odd behavior with buildout fetching two hundred packages or so. Packages that are a located on PyPI have not been available to the CDN or only after some minutes. Note that these packages have not been fresh releases but older stuff. Is this a known issues or explainable behavior of the CDN?
