Marcus pointed out that should be:

I also missed out:
* PyPI relocation to OSU/OSL
* PyPI CDN
* Massive reduction in external link scraping (PEP 438)
Good things have already been done, more good things are coming, we
just need to pick a sensible order and time frame to avoid burning
anyone out :)
