Hello all,
does buildout ever take its default index URL from the distutils
configuration, i.e. [py]distutils.cfg?
Given that it uses easy_install for most installation tasks, that could
make sense, and I'm not sure whether it is actually supposed to happen
already, but does not happen on my systems for some reason.
