Hi Donald,

Since scikit-build allows to easily build wheels including cython, cpp, c,
fortran by both leveraging CMake and nicely integrating with setuptools, I
was thinking to add it to the Key Projects list as a non-PyPA project. To
avoid spamming the list, I will create a PR similar enscons [1] one.
