I ask partly just as an interested observer, partly because I see that Pipenv tends to dominate these discussions, and partly because I find Poetry more appealing than Pipenv <https://github.com/sdispater/poetry#what-about-pipenv> and -- not being a packaging expert -- I want to see it discussed in more depth by the experts here.
