Thank you for the quick response.
 
Please forgive the newbie question, but how do I control the XSLT
stylesheet parameters?  There doesn't appear to be an interface through
the ditac command line.  Do I need to directly modify a stylesheet?  If
so, which one?

Sure. Please use the "number" XSLT stylesheet parameter for that. See
