Great support - thank you for helping me out so quickly.

I actually used option [3] to resolve the problem:

Remove "topic/UsingClientIntegration.dita" from the reltable.

This is a chapter intro that is only needed in a bookmap.

It shouldn't have been there any more - but I'm experimenting a lot at the 
moment ...
