The DITA Open Toolkit is the reference implementation of DITA and as
such, always implements the latest DITA draft or candidate
specification. This is not the case of XMLmind DITA Converter (ditac)
which will implement DITA 1.2 shortly (2-3 months) after it becomes an
official OASIS standard.
