This is indeed a bug added in  1.2.2 (and not caught by our
non-regression tests). It is triggered by the fact that the id chosen
for the above section, 12345, is a NMTOKEN and not a NCName.

This bug is fixed now. Please upgrade ditac to version 1.2.2_01. See
