Enhancements:
* Added a -dryrun option to command ditac. This command
allows to use ditac as a validator. That is, when the
-dryrun option is specified, ditac will not generate
any file. It will just report errors (if any).
Bug fixes:
* XSL-FO output format: q elements were not surrounded
by quotes.
* XHTML output format: image dimensions specifying a
unit (pc, pt, px, in, cm, mm, em) in addition to a
value were not correctly converted to pixels. For
example, width="10.5cm" was not correctly processed by
ditac.
