I'm working with XMLMind XSL Utility 4.4.2 and I've run into something that I haven't been able to find to override. In PDF, the chapters currently start on the odd page. I'd like to allow the chapters to start on the next page and not have any extra blank pages. Can you point me to the right area so can see how it's currently coded?
