I think you mean: the DITA Open Toolkit. If this is too difficult, do not hesitate to send us (privately, mailto:[email protected]) a .zip or .tar.gz archive containing all your source files. If, for any reason you cannot do that, then simply send us your esm-wadl.ditamap as is, and we'll try to guess what happens.
