That's normal. In fact, the XMLmind DITA Converter Manual is targeted at 
IT persons and not at the end users of XMLmind XSL Utility and XMLmind 
XML Editor (that is, writers).

I'm sorry but I have no real idea of where you could start. May be 
reading a good book about the subject would help.
