Hi. I'm really confused.
 
All the topics that are being referenced from other topics
are already directly specified in my bookmap.

ditac only ``sees'' the topics directly referenced from the map being
processed.

Hence this message means that:

* topic c_fields_view_po_receiving_info.dita is indeed referenced from
another topic seen by ditac,

* BUT c_fields_view_po_receiving_info.dita is not directly referenced
from your map.

A possible workaround is to add c_fields_view_po_receiving_info.dita to
your map with toc="no". See
