Thanks. Further investigation shows that all wh-* parameters are not
XSLT parameters (as indicated in documentation) but parameters that must
passed directly do ditac.
Also nice feature would be to use local copies of jQuery instead of
linking these from Internet. It's pretty easy to change parameters to
use local copies, but jQuery UI also depends on few images which has to
be copied as well.
