Hi, I have bookmap where chapters are inside parts. DITAC will restart chapter numbering in each part from 1. I need chapter numbers to be constantly increased across part borders -- in other words part should reset chapter counter.
Is there any easy way how to implement this? I was poking around Java
code and I think that probably FormalElementCounter class has something
to do with this, but I was unable to figure out how to change this class.
