Many of our installers and support people need to print out a checklist or some other worksheet. Would you tell me how to print a single WebHelp Page?
Repro: 1. Generate webhelp for a .ditamap using C/S ditatoWebHelp and the default webhelp.xsl (et.el). 2. Load a page into IE-9 (or Firefox) 3. File/Print/Options(tab). There does not appear to be a way to select just the frame with the content. Expected: Should be able to select Only the selected frame Actual: * All options are grayed. No way to select and print the frame (with the content). * IT says this is not a group policy setting. They were quick to reply with another frame based html link that proves that the problem is in the web-help (and not in the browser).
