Hi How would I go about generating an XML (or better a JSON TOC) when generating XHTML output?
The schema of the TOC is unimportant, I just need the hierarchy, the file name and the hash id which I can then feed to some custom PHP scripts. I was hoping to scrape one from one of the output formats, but I cannot seem to find one. Thanks guys!
