I'd like to renew a request made earlier (maybe a year ago) for more
control over the title/footer lines.
Specifically, we need to include text in the page footer indicating
the document is company confidential. This text needs to be larger
than the other footer text and it needs to be in Red, not Black.
The changes for 2.2 (March 13, 2012) broke our customizations and
we've so far chosen to stick with the 2.1.0_01 (December 15, 2011)
release because the customizations are just too extensive (require
duplicating a lot of XSLT that we don't change to just make a few
small changes).
We're hoping that other folks would find changing the footer fontsize
and color useful, but we have not yet undertaken the effort to
customize the 2.2 and newer releases.
