Sure. We simply forgot to ``upgrade the MPL license''. (XMLmind DITA Converter's license should always be identical to Saxon 9 Home Edition's License.)
I confirm that the next version of XMLmind DITA Converter, which leverages Saxon 9.5 Home Edition, will be governed by the Mozilla Public License version 2.0.
