Thanks for that. I understand about limiting support to paying customers, but I
had hoped this was a forum for general ditac users, and that there might be
others in the community, not connected to XMLmind, who might be sharing advice
and information.

This is nevertheless the correct approach.

Alternate approach: hand-write in XSL-FO a custom title page containing the
information you need.

See

Unfortunately you also need to customize the XSLT stylesheets that
generate HTML pages for the Web Help to automate this.

Alternate approach: hand-write in XHTML a custom title page containing
the information you need.

See
http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/_distrib/doc/manual/webhelp/xsltParams.html#xsltParams__title-page

Alternate approach #2: add a custom, hand-written in XHTML, header to
your Web Help containing the information you need.

See
http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/_distrib/doc/manual/webhelp/xsltParams.html#xsltParams__wh-user-header

Please understand that, as explained in this page:

http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/support_policy.html

support is limited to formal bug reports and that, in principle, I'm not
allowed to answer any of your questions.
