Please let me know if you can reproduce this issue. I’ll try to fix it here if 
you confirm that there is a problem.

For what I’ve seen while checking the code, this may be a bug in whc compiler 
not copying all resources (main file is skipped). 

FWIW, same issue happens when publishing EPUB.
