Since I did it for the OT, I've take the liberty of setting up a pair of Docker images for Ditac. The Dockerfiles are currently in a project in the DITA Community organization on GitHub. The images are on the Docker hub as "ditac/ditac-base" and "ditac/ditac".
I'm happy to make anyone at XML Mind the owner of the images on Docker Hub and the Dockerfile project is on GitHub so you can clone it or I can simply make somebody from XML Mind an administrator on the project if you want to leave it in the DITA Community project. I've set up the Docker Hub images as automatic builds against the Docker files in GitHub.
