RenderX XEP and Antenna House Formatter . For any other XSL-FO processor
(e.g. Apache FOP, XMLmind XSL-FO Converter) and also for all XHTML-based
output formats (e.g. EPUB, Web Help), change bars are emulated using
left or right borders. This emulation may give poor results when a
change bar is added to a table.
