Sorry for being not entirely correct:
These terms are actually allready localizable, and I have, for the
Norwegian localizations, localized them.
However, in the output, the English terms were used - but only for these
terms. For all the other terms, such as «Next topic», the localized
terms were used.
So I now suppose this is a bug in the dita converter.
