In general, my intent was to get things started. I think both the
Resources page and the FAQ should be community documents, so anyone who
finds something useful adds it.
On a more personal note, I will be having serious medical treatment,
(radiation+chemotherapy) for the next few weeks. I don't want lack of
energy on my part to get in the way of advancing the documents I started.
