Not necessarily. I think muggo means streaming from a NAS or something similar. If this is the case muggo, I would certainly explain how you are playing hires files. Eg I'm playing 24/192 files from my NAS over wired ethernet. many people understand streaming to mean picking up stuff from the internet where 192kb files can mean as you suggest, 192kb mp3 or other similar files.
