Finally, I've found a workaround to connect my picoreplayer to Alexa using broadlink rm mini 3 or harmony hub. Basically, I use the rm mini 3 to control the picoreplayer throught lirc (IR remote control) and the rm is controlled by Alexa. If someone is interested, I could give a detail explanation.
