According to the Hifiberry homepage, the "DAC2 Pro" uses the same overlay as the "DAC+ Pro":
dtoverlay=hifiberry-dacplus Hence, you select "Hifiberry DAC+ (and Pro, Amp2)" as audio output device for the "DAC2 Pro".
