I am hoping to integrate Django Channels <https://channels.readthedocs.io/en/stable/>with Django CMS but I am not sure how best to go about it.
Would I need to write an AppHook, a Plugin or modify the core code directly? I suspect the latter will be required. Any advice appreciated. FYI, I am an experience Python developer and an intermediate Django one but I am new to this project. Thanks ...
