I wanted to do that, but when I looked at it more closely, it wasn't practical to do so immediately. The problem is that there are a number of error messages in there which do have to be translated, so just copying the English version of that file wouldn't work. Something to look at again after 1.0, but there might not be a lot we can do. It's just a once-off, so annoying the first time, but then won't change in the future.
