#2128: Updated BiDi support (styles, templates, JS)

This follows #2089 and [http://groups.google.com/group/Django-
I18N/browse_thread/thread/b3ec690839a1fc38/e8d0909ac9fe7217#e8d0909ac9fe7217
this discussion at django-i18n].
As decided, all overided styles should be in a single rtl stylesheet.
Please remove :
* django/contrib/admin/media/css/base_rtl.css
* django/contrib/admin/media/css/dashboard_rtl.css
* django/contrib/admin/media/css/login_rtl.css
They'll be replaced by rtl.css which is fed from base.html.
