#2381: AccessKey's for Efficiency in the Admin

Would be nice if in the admin interface there were accesskey's for the
various save buttons and such. So that people could use 'alt-s' instead of
clicking save every time. Not a huge deal, but would be a minor
improvement that can really help when people are doing massive data entry.
