Ignore my patch 3358-streaming-
file_with_settings_and_progressmonitor.3.diff, adding bufsize does not
affect readline. Also it seems chunked reads are required for storing the
state. Don't see any easy way to make this less code yet. I'll add a new
patch with just the WSGI fix.
