#3315: add german date format to DEFAULT_DATE_INPUT_FORMATS

The German dateformats are not in DEFAULT_DATE_INPUT_FORMATS in the
newforms/fields.py. The Formats are i.e. 31.12.2006 or 31.12.06 Can you
please add this.
