The patch does now apply (thanks!) but it assumes I'm in the working
directory for the project, settings.py is just grabbed from the PWD. I
don't tend to be in my project dir when I invoke {{{django-admin.py}}} so
I get sed errors on hitting tab.
One other related thing, test is not included in the list of verbs. That's
a separate bug though.
