This patch has two parts: the part strictly related to the updating of the
{{{es}}} translation and a patch to the Django code that is being
discussed in #3410.
I dared to cripple agarfu's patch and eliminated the second part.
agarfu: You don' t need to specify the {{{-a}}} switch to {{{make-
message.py}}} if you only intend to process one language.
