Trac probably didn't let you since you were posting as anonymous. Try
setting up a session at http://code.djangoproject.com/settings, this
should give you better karma when posting and uploading it the Trac
system. If this still doesn't work, then you can email the file to me and
I will try posting. Thanks.
Do you know if this same problem exists in Django trunk or is it just in
the multi-db branch?
