Think i solved the problem by using full imports everywhere:
{{{
from project.tags.models import Tag
from project.app.models import SomeModel
}}}
Instead of:
{{{
from tags.models import Tag
from app.models import SomeModel
}}}
The site have been running trouble free up till now.
