The documentation for newforms fields and widgets has not been written
yet. Hidden input field will eventually get documented with the rest of
the newforms widgets. I don't think there is any ticket open for the
field and widget documentation, so I am renaming this ticket to encompass
documentation of all fields and widgets, not just hidden input.
