The tricky part was to translate region names to English - the exact
translation should be e.g. "Trnava self-governing region", which is little
bit too long. Using just the name of city itself to translate region name
is not a good idea, because Trnava in the context of region means
something else than Trnava in the context of district. The idea was to
make the distinction between region name and district name. Both are based
on the city name, but have different translation to Slovak language.
So I used shorter form "Trnava region" for region and "Trnava" for
district. I hope it clarifies the thing.
